Jeff Hamilton

Jeff Hamilton is a pastor, speaker, and leadership coach with more than 35 years of experience developing people, teams, and organizations. His work spans church leadership, nonprofit governance, strategic planning, and mentoring leaders and athletes. He helps people clarify their purpose, strengthen their relationships, and live intentionally.
Jeff is the founder of Dad Academy® and author of Dad Academy: Raising Courageous, Capable, Confident Kids. He creates practical tools that help people clarify what matters, develop the skills to live it out, and turn their intentions into action.
Jeff and his wife, Jayme, raised two children into adulthood and are now enjoying a new season as grandparents.
